Budapest

Thursday 5 september
Friday 6 september
Saturday 7 september
Sunday 8 september

Capital and largest city of Hungary

The Hungarian cuisine is one of Central Europe's finest kitchens. It offers a wide variety of flavours, amongst which pepper and paprika powder play a key role. This is probably the reason why so many people think that Hungarian food is very spicy.  Whereas it is rather aromatic and perfectly well seasoned. Hungary boasts a renowned culinary tradition which combines many typical ingredients, spices and preparations. Budapest will introduce the Brussels public to the traditional Hungarian cuisine, with the occasional modern touch.
