Nicolas Choquet (restaurant L'Octopus), Abdelkader Belfatmi (restaurant Le Marcq), Alexandre Suergiu (restaurant Aux Epherites) and Anthony Dorard (restaurant Le Sébastopol) will present their very personal interpretation of an all-time classic of the Lille region's kitchen, i.e. Flemish beef stew. Every day, the chefs will also prepare one of their signature dishes.
