A metropolis in Northern France

Meet creative and talented chefs who are putting their own spin on traditional dishes. This young generation, with its relaxed cooking style, offers an outstanding culinary experience. Do not miss out on their very own version of traditional beef stew, or their processed smoked fish and local cheeses. The image of the Lille metropolitan area has gotten a strong boost as of late thanks to the good scores certain restaurants in this part of the country received from renowned culinary guides. The multicultural and international festival eat!BRUSSELS is a unique event held in a welcoming culinary destination.

Nicolas Choquet (restaurant L'Octopus), Abdelkader Belfatmi (restaurant Le Marcq), Alexandre Suergiu (restaurant Aux Epherites) and Anthony Dorard (restaurant Le Sébastopol) will present their very personal interpretation of an all-time classic of the Lille region's kitchen, i.e. Flemish beef stew.
