Is health security protected during the event?
visit.brussels applies strict health measures to ensure physical distancing and personal protective measures to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Such as for example: ensuring physical distancing between tables, mandatory mask wearing for customers when they move around within the event, and throughout the duration of service for the staff, provision of hydroalcoholic gel, etc. Do not hesitate to consult our Practical Info in the "COVID-19 Measures" section to find out more. What is the capacity of the event?
The event will host 200 people per evening.
Is it possible to book for 3 people or another number?
Dinners is not suitable for bookings of odd-numbers; the tables and customer areas are designed to accommodate guest groups of 2 or 4 people.
We would like to come in a group of more than 4, is that possible and can we be seated?
At the moment, only tables of 2 and 4 are available. In addition to this, the tables and customer areas are designed to accommodate guest groups of 2 or 4 people. Whenever possible, if you wish to come as a group of 8, we will try to seat you next to each other. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this, due to the space, furniture and reservations available. When you book your tickets, please leave us a comment. We will do our best to place the tables of 4 as close as possible.
What about my personal belongings?
Due to the health measures in effect, we are not able to provide a cloakroom for you when you check in. We ask that you only bring the bare minimum with you.
What is the duration of a 5-course menu?
The complete Dinners experience, from the apéritif to the dessert, is estimated at +- 4.5 hours.
Where can I find a car park nearby?
Tour & Taxis has a paid underground car park (parking rates). The entrances are located on
- 13 Rue Picard, 1000 Brussels, via Rue de Ribaucourt – Crossing with Avenue du Port and Rue Picard is closed for road work
- Avenue du Port 86C, 1000 Brussels, via Place des Armateurs or Chaussée de Vilvoorde – Crossing with Avenue du Port and Rue Picard is closed for road work

How does booking work?
Given the significant number of booking requests, it is unfortunately impossible for us to reserve places without immediate payment for them. The only method of payment possible is therefore online with a credit card or debit card. If it is not possible for you to pay online, you can also go to our information offices to pay in person (Grand-Place, 1000 Brussels or BIP, Rue Royale, 2-4, 1000 Brussels).
Is it possible to obtain an invoice/VAT stub?
People wanting an invoice for their company must make their booking by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and pay by bank transfer. No invoice will be sent if you booked and paid online. However, a VAT stub can be sent to you on request.
Are there toilets on-site?
Is it possible to change the menu?
As far as possible, we ask our teams of chefs to offer varied menus in order to satisfy all palates.
It is therefore possible to request a menu suitable for any food restrictions and/or allergies. But in view of the number of people present at the same time to eat at Dinners, not other changes to the menu are possible. Furthermore, no changes or adjustments can be made if the are mentioned on the spot, when you check in on arrival.
The allergies or intolerances mentioned at the time of booking will be considered on a case-by-case basis in order to determine the possibility of offering you a satisfactory alternative.
However, bear in mind that it seems unrealistic, for example, to request a gluten-free or lactose-free menu from us if all the dishes on the same menu contain them.
In case of doubt, we can provide you with a list of the allergens in the menus on request via email@example.com.
Is it possible to have an alcohol-free menu? Am I entitled to a discount at the time of booking?
Yes, it is entirely possible to enjoy Dinners alcohol-free. You will moreover be offered a mocktail for your apéritif. Do not hesitate to mention this at the time of booking.
No, enjoying Dinners alcohol-free does not entitle you to a discount at the time of booking.
Is the event accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the event is accessible.
Is it possible to stay for another drink after the event?
Yes, when you have finished your dessert, you will be invited to go to our Lounge Bar, if you wish. All consumption in the Lounge Bar are not part of the 5-course menu and is therefore payable, only by debit card or credit card.
May I smoke?
No. Smoking and vaping is prohibited within the Gare Maritime and inside the event.
The menu mentions "a choice of apéritif". What does that mean?
It means that from the menu offered to you including
- a Cocktail (containing alcohol),
- a Mocktail (alcohol-free),
- a selection of Brussels beers,
- Bordeaux wine,
you may choose an apéritif of your choice: a cocktail, or a mocktail, or a Brussels beer or a glass of Bordeaux wine. You will not under any circumstances have access to more than one beverage for the apéritif.
